This key role will help ensure best-in-class commercialization processes are a competitive advantage for the CRM business. You will work in close partnership with PCS Platform Teams, Medtronic’s OU and regional PCS marketing managers to build an enablement strategy and put end-to-end processes in place to maximize adoption. With these partners, the plan will deliver purposeful global growth and ecosystem support. You will collaborate closely with the released product engineering and global regulatory to ensure the systems are appropriately prepared for international markets. A Day in the Life Own the planning and release process for CRM products and solutions as an ecosystem to ensure geographies have the necessary strategic preparations to launch systems that meet their domestic and overall global business needs. Top Priorities Build and implement the System Enablement Plan working across product management and functions and in line with annual expansion budget (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP): Create a global expansion strategy that feeds AOP planning and guides resource allocation and BU funding requests.

Develop hardware and software roadmaps globally to prioritize resources appropriately.

Develop a governance process to establish each geography’s business need for a new product or solution; review geography’s return on investment and business metrics.

Establish a process to determine geographies with growth potential for remote monitoring, including solutions that need to be deployed to reduce barriers to device adoption.

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver purposeful global growth and commercial excellence: Develop project management plan – scope, cost, schedule, metrics – and operating mechanisms to lead team work and objectives.

Closely partner with Released Product Engineering (RPE) to balance resources for product readiness against the PCS platform strategies.

Frequently partner with global marketing leaders to understand customer needs in their geography.

Develop frequent touch points with all PM Country/Regional Marketing Managers (alongside PCS product managers and PCS Operations and Deployment partners) to provide system launch planning updates and facilitate cross-geography business and operational needs.

Develop and execute end-to-end operating mechanisms and processes to enable partners to deliver on business process management: Ensure that the product launch plans inform the system enablement plan.

Monitor, track, and provide support to ensure team operating mechanisms are being executed and improved upon.

Ensure PCS teams have efficient access to all relevant System Materials from which to design their local launch strategies.

10+ years’ experience in a marketing, sales support, or program management (8 years with Master’s)

Project management expertise

Budget management

Experience leading cross-functional teams

NOTE: Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
