About the Role

The HRBP Director, Engineering, Sales and Enabling Functions is responsible for delivering strategic HR leadership and direction across global functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Executive Team leaders to translate business strategies into people implications and comprehensive talent strategies.

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to balance long-term strategic planning with solving near-term operational challenges in a rapidly growing company with substantial M&A activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies for the Global Engineering, Sales and Enabling functions
  • Provide leadership, guidance and counsel to senior leadership teams on people topics, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessment, organizational design, culture and change management
  • Oversee development and implementation of new HR operating model supporting Global Engineering, Sales and Enabling functions and establishment of US HR Services team
  • Coach leaders at all levels to maximize leadership effectiveness throughout the organization
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition COE and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies and scale up plans
  • Lead implementation of changes to sales incentive plans and upskilling strategy for new sales behaviors
  • Lead implementation of new annual performance planning aligned to short-term incentive plan in partnership with Total Rewards and Talent Management COEs for Global Engineering, Sales and Enabling functions
  • Partner with Total Rewards COE to develop new global compensation structure and pay philosophy that will attract and retain high-demand talent
  • Partner with Talent Management COE to advance diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement across the Global Engineering, Sales and Enabling functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years direct/indirect leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives across global teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Senior level experience as a strategic HR business partner serving as credible and trusted advisor guiding people leaders on people topics impacting business performance
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across regions and at all levels in the organization
  • Advanced level English skills
