The Customer Service Coordinator is our front-line position working with customers. They are receiving the initial service request and then managing that event from request to completion

Responsibilities:

Process service requests (including gathering appropriate information from other team members, online resource guides, and customers) Trouble shoot window and door issues with customers over the phone Determine the problem that the customer wants resolved and develop a resolution Provide quotes to customers Order all necessary parts to resolve the issue Schedule the service appointment to have the Service Technician install the parts or make the necessary adjustments using scheduling software Verify that the Service event is complete and the customers issues are resolved Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Use a multi-line phone, email, and in person conversation to answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
