Join the Diamond Team and you will be measured on your ability to service appliances, not by your selling ability We focus on taking care of the customer and getting their appliance fixed. We don’t sell service contracts and we don’t push accessories on a customer

We’ve been in business for over 30 years focusing primarily on Whirlpool brands as an authorized service company.

Job Duties:

· Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers

· Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information

· Provide exceptional and timely customer service

Experience required:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required

· Valid driver’s license

· 2 years’ experience as an in-home service provider

· Excellent customer service skills

· Computer skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Mechanical and electrical knowledge

· Must be able to lift 50-100+ pounds

**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
