This role involves close collaboration with both NVIDIA and OEM teams to build, manage and measure impact of materials and training programs that effectively enables OEM and OEM partner sellers to represent and position NVIDIA's products and solutions. 

Based at NVIDIA's Santa Clara Headquarters, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal and partner teams to develop high quality training and field resources that equip OEM sales and technical teams with the knowledge and skills needed to sell NVIDIA solutions effectively. This includes curating and modifying existing content as well as creating original assets. Attention to detail is crucial for managing a large volume of programs & resources while closely monitoring results. Ideal candidates should self-driven and have experience in B2B technology, field enablement, learning management systems, and a track record of developing effective sales resources. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Define and maintain needed toolset - align with OEMs and internal NVIDIA teams to define requirements for OEM field teams. 

  • Work with OEM enablement and sales leadership to define and implement programs and assets that enable OEM sales and technical field organizations to gain the knowledge and skills vital to effectively position and sell NVIDIA’s solutions. 

  • Identify, modify, and create NVIDIA training to meet go to market priorities for target learners. 

  • Evangelize and influence the adoption and consumption of NVIDIA enablement assets. 

  • Maintain global ownership of NVIDIA Field Enablement strategy & processes for HPE & HPI specific content - program management, documentation, program goals, execution, process improvements, content lifecycle management, and collaboration with regional teams. 

  • Lead cross-functional internal team meetings to measure results and share OEM feedback. 

  • Build and run development and reporting systems to ensure that the sales content is optimized for effectiveness and efficiency. Use feedback to continuously improve the quality of content, format, and delivery. 

What we need to see: 

  • 12+ years overall experience with 7+ years of field enablement, content marketing, sales, product marketing, business development, technical marketing, or related field. 

  • A history of success planning, running, and measuring cross-functional field enablement assets and training programs. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills: someone who leads by inspiring; enjoys working collaboratively; is influential and is effective at building and maintaining positive relationships. 

  • Self-motivated, requires limited definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives. 

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 

  • Passion for precision and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative, while also relying on process, facts, and data to make decisions. 

  • BS or equivalent experience. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

  • Direct experience working with large OEM organizations, especially HPE and HPI. 

  • MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
