Requirements & What They Bring
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing AI initiatives, generative AI products, machine learning, and data engineering.
  • Experience building developer tools and APIs
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects from conception to production
  • Deep and extensive understanding of AI and ML, GenerativeAI, software architecture, design principles, and best practices
  • Experience successfully leading and enabling an Engineering team
  • Experience in a startup that has grown from early stage
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Display high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience as a founder or the first Engineering/Tech team member in an AI startup
  • Prior experience with the following tools and technologies would be a plus:
    • Designing Cognitive Architectures
    • LangChain and LangGraph
    • VectorDBs
    • Building AI Agents, Familiar with the REACT Architecture Pattern
    • Creating systems for Evaluation & Testing of LLMs & Agents
