Position Overview:
As a Corporate Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in administering various HR policies and procedures for our company personnel. This position is based at our Orlando corporate office, with occasional travel required to support HR Managers, assist with HRM training, and fill open HRM positions within our Florida facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources.
  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government laws.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Occasional travel required to assist with open HRM positions, support the HR team, and assist with HRM training. Facilities are all located in Florida

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Produce reports from HRMS for ACHA Nursing Home Staffing Ratios for all Florida Facilities.
  • Manage and produce EEO-1 reporting for all facilities.
  • Receive and verify Human Resources related invoices from outside vendors and process according to Accounts Payable requirements for payment.
  • Manage all Corporate and Regional onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and audit I-9 Immigration forms for compliance.
  • Assist the legal department in processing H1-B visas and extensions.
  • Respond to Corporate Employment Verifications.
  • Process Continuing Education and Tuition Reimbursement requests.
  • Produce and track monthly merit increases.
  • Produce and track 90-day reviews.
  • Provide backup support to HR Managers in the field.
  • Prepare separation agreements approved by the Vice President of Human Resources and General Legal Counsel where necessary.
  • Provide corporate and regional team management with approved offer letters for new associates.
  • Process all facility employee name badges.
  • Monitor and process Nursing and Therapy License renewals & Certifications.
  • Partner with Director of HR Administration to standardize job descriptions.
  • Manage the Corporate Employee Advisory Committee.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
