Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at All Star Auto Parts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining team member records, and ensuring compliance with HR-related policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefit enrollment and I-9 verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Provide support with employee relations investigations, payroll, and HR-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
