Job Summary

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering human resource policies and procedures for an assigned unit or client account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure employee development and engagement.
  • Assist management in determining staffing needs and recommend recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies.
  • Counsel employees relative to transfers, promotions, terminations, and various work items.
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees and utilize trend analysis to build action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws concerning human resources.
  • Administer policies and procedures for a safe work place and work with risk management staff in developing region-specific programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Maintain affirmative action program and maintain other records, reports, and logs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent with at least three years' experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
  • Requires 3-5 years experience in Human Resource management, Corrections preferred but not necessary.
  • Proven experience with succession planning and leadership development.
  • Coaching, consulting, and holding individuals accountable.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint are required.
  • Demonstrates efficient project management capabilities and adamant about following up with the team to make sure things are completed in a timely manner.
