Over je functie

De Assistant Business Manager is een echte merkambassadeur die altijd rekening houdt met de kernwaarden van Charlotte Tilbury. Je behaalt en overschrijdt graag targets en zorgt voor indrukwekkende teamresultaten door middel van optimale motivatie. In jouw leiderschapsstijl staat de ervaring van de klant altijd voorop en je bedenkt voortdurend nieuwe manieren waarop het team de klant kan betrekken en tevreden kan houden. Je werkt samen met je Business Manager om de werkzaamheden in de winkel elke dag probleemloos te laten verlopen. Je durft het niet alleen te dromen, maar je durft het ook te doen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zorgen dat de financiële resultaten in de winkel niet alleen voldoen aan de targets en Key Performance Indicators, maar dat ze deze overschrijden.
  • De Business Manager ondersteunen bij het bepalen van individuele en teamsalestargets en bij de communicatie met de Retail Artists om salesdoelstellingen af te stemmen en te behalen. 
  • Aantoonbare ondernemersgeest; een specialist onder de merken in retailvakmanschap en met echt enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en interesse in de resultaten van het bedrijf. 
  • Het goede voorbeeld geven in het bieden van uitzonderlijke klantenservice en het creëren van de beste ervaring voor de klant. 
  • Het team coachen en feedback geven om ervoor te zorgen dat er wordt voldaan aan de standaards van Charlotte Tilbury op het gebied van service en vakmanschap. 
  • Elke gelegenheid gebruiken om ervoor te zorgen dat uitzonderlijke klantenservice ook buiten de winkel doorwerkt en de klantendatabase uitbouwen voor direct marketing. 
  • Individuele en teamontwikkelingsplannen implementeren en regelmatig reviews houden om feedback en coaching in twee richtingen aan te moedigen. 
  • Een positieve en collaboratieve teamsfeer creëren in de winkel door middel van teammeetings en een collaboratieve managementstijl; prestaties waar nodig erkennen en belonen. 
  • Aantoonbaar verstand van ondernemen door plannen, evenementen en andere activiteiten voor te stellen om commerciële successen te behalen. 
  • Zorgen voor onberispelijke visual merchandising, schone toonbanken en hygiënestandaards.   
  • Perfecte standaards voor uiterlijke verzorging garanderen en het team inspireren om de beste versie van zichzelf te zijn en dit ook te voelen.  

Belangrijkste selectiecriteria: 

    • Ervaring in retailmanagement 
    • Een echte passie voor de beauty-industrie 
    • Commercieel inzicht 
    • Ervaring in het managen van mensen 
    • Ervaring in strategische planning 
    • Nederlands niveau B2
