About the Role

Our client is seeking an actor for a short film. This dramedy focuses on dialogue and will be shot entirely in one location. The project offers an opportunity for a beginner actor to gain experience in a focused, intimate production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned role in the short film
• Memorise and deliver dialogue effectively
• Collaborate with the student director and crew to bring the character to life
• Participate in any necessary rehearsals prior to filming

Requirements

• Acting experience not necessary; suitable for beginners
• Ability to memorize and deliver dialogue naturally
• Availability for the full shooting schedule on October 26th and 27th
• Willingness to travel to and stay in Syracuse, New York for the duration of the shoot
• Comfort with performing in a single-location setting (house interior)
• Adaptability to work with a student film crew
