We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join us at Orbia B&I in Poland, Buk . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the high quality of construction products produced by the local manufacturing plant, Supervise the effective implementation of the quality control program for manufactured construction products, Actively participate in external audits of international certification bodies Coordination of reported complaints and issuance of opinions on complained products  Supervision of quality activities using basic Quality Management methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5why) Prepare and conduct interdepartmental pro-quality meetings Developing and implementing documentation related to the ongoing activities of the Quality Department

Our requirements: 

University education (technical preferred) General knowledge of plastic products Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company Knowledge of quality management methods and tools Knowledge of ISO management systems Practical knowledge of audit execution methodology and working with audit results Knowledge of English to a degree that allows communication (min B1) Practical ability to use MS Excel  Independence in action and ability to work in a team
