Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the production of high-quality construction materials from our local manufacturing facility
  • Oversee the quality assurance program for produced goods
  • Engage in external evaluations by certification organizations
  • Address reported product concerns
  • Manage quality activities utilizing essential Quality Management techniques
  • Facilitate quality-focused meetings
  • Create documentation for Quality Department operations

Our Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Familiarity with plastic manufacturing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing role
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and ISO standards
  • Proficient in English communication (minimum B1 level)
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Self-sufficient and collaborative
