Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, including handling phone calls and online booking systems.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and perform basic cashiering tasks.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and address any guest needs.
  • Ensure the lobby and desk area is tidy and presents a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the hotel's reservation system and front office operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
