As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective room merchandising and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in hotel operations and customer service.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in front desk operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
