Schedule: In-Office Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $18/hr
Job Type: Full-time; Temp-to-Hire

What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative You'll be:
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, website, and ticketing system.
• Documenting customer inquiries in compliance with SLAs.
• Communicating with the sales team for customer information updates.
• Creating new accounts and shipping labels for customers.
• Creating customer return authorizations for manufacturing processing.
• Supporting inter-related departments by processing assigned requests.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Can handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Have 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
