Your New Role:

As a Knowledge Manager, you will support the ACoE Deputy to the Commanding General by managing critical knowledge streams for the ACoE staff, Aviation School, and Aviation Warfighters. Your role is central to improving processes, refining governance, and ensuring that data-driven insights are accessible and actionable. You’ll be diving into:

  • Knowledge Management: Capture, organize, and disseminate critical knowledge across the organization.
  • Governance & Program Management: Provide structure and oversight to ensure that knowledge flows efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements that streamline operations.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Turn data into actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Licenses or Certifications Required: PMP (PMI) Certificate or other comparable certification.

  • Clearance: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
