  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulatory agencies' standards, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

  • Guide, motivate, and develop staff within the Human Resources policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in and support company-sponsored initiatives, such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Production systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in a related field.
  • ~1 to 3 years of related work experience in a supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
