Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant performs duties that provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies to ensure effective and efficient operation. The position requires a strategic partnership with the Project Management, Operations and Preconstruction/Estimating teams to complete administrative tasks as they arise. The Administrative Assistance must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support
•    Answer incoming calls and respond according to protocol
•    Correspond with clients via phone and/or e-mail communication
•    Assist with budgets and financing as needed
•    Help prepare meeting agendas and presentations  
•    Manage calendar and schedules appointments
•    Arrange travel plans and itineraries
•    Assist with preparation of expense reports in accordance with Accounts Payable’s policies and procedures
•    Maintain office supply stock
•    Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of administrative/secretarial experience
