Job Details:
The Product Manager creates the vision, strategy, and roadmap for their product. The Product Manager is the expert on market and customer needs, translating them into prioritized product requirements. Product Managers provide insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to set strategic directions for the company.
The PM works closely with the UX, product development, and product marketing functions to successfully build and implement the product roadmap within a fast-paced, agile development environment.
PM’s own the understanding of user/customer use cases. Successful PMs at Salesforce work through ambiguity to be able to get results while leaning on relationships with key internal partners to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for our engineers. Build a lens of customer first mentality to build the right product to market fit while working across Salesforce to map the product capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead product delivery and drive strategic transformation at different levels of scale throughout the enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to ship applications and services for the enterprise, including different personas within an enterprise, for industries/verticals and more horizontal use cases
- Define and complete the delivery of core features, capabilities, and components that are the foundation for creating a multitude of diverse, enterprise-class, web application solutions. Success in this role will be to advance the integration between SFDC cross Clouds to create a new offering, incorporate acquired teams and technologies, and bring new products to market in a timely way
- Demonstrated availability to enhance, integrate, and advance existing applications and services, while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction, usage, features, and functionality
- Solution mentality, strong communication and collaboration skills are important success factors
- Subject matter expertise in some or all of ITIL, ITSM, ITOPS, COBIT, Incident Management, Change Management, Employee Self-Service, and relevant technology landscape is a requirement for this position
- Familiarity with relevant products and platforms - Salesforce, MoveWorks, Slack, ServiceNow, OpenText - a plus
- 10+ years of product management experience, including data-oriented, analytics, SaaS & B2B products
- Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch
- Experience delivering successful SaaS products, especially for the Enterprise
- Understanding the technical architecture of highly scalable web applications and/or SaaS products
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams at a technology company over multiple product releases
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the strengths you'll need for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

- Travel, domestic and abroad, at least 3 times a year, for customer meetings, industry events, speaking engagements, and demos
