Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role will lead the strategic planning and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for product development and launches.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision and strategy to senior leadership, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation within the product portfolio by exploring new technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee product strategy budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective use of funds and alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or product strategy, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
