Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for AI-driven product recommendation systems and digital design.
  2. Identify opportunities to leverage Gen-AI to enhance product recommendations and user experience.
  3. Implement and manage AI tools and technologies, focusing on Generative AI, to streamline and innovate product recommendation processes.
  4. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize and enhance AI-driven recommendation solutions.
  5. Develop and optimize guided product recommender systems to assist customers in finding products tailored to their needs and preferences.
  6. Utilize AI to personalize recommendations based on user behavior and preferences.
  7. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  8. Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
  9. Ensure that all digital design elements align with the company's brand and user experience standards.
  10. Use AI to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
  11. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  12. Use AI tools to gather insights and predict future trends in product recommendation and digital design.
  13. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product recommendation initiatives.
  14. Report on project progress, challenges, and results to senior management.

Criteria:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI-driven product recommendation systems and digital design.
  3. Proven experience in leveraging AI, particularly Generative AI, in product recommendations and digital design.
  4. Strong understanding of AI-driven product recommendation systems and digital design principles.
  5. Proficiency in AI tools and technologies relevant to product recommendations and digital design.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills:

  1. Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  2. Expertise in Generative AI models such as LLM and LVM.
  3. Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing AI-driven user interactions.
  4. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  5. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
