Customer Relationship Management Administrator

Electrical Equipment Company (EECO), a full line wholesale electrical distributor with expertise in industrial automation, provides a combination of capabilities including onsite assessments performance evaluations, data driven recommendations, repair options, and supply chain optimization. We are seeking an experienced business applications professional to help us build out the functionality and value of our CRM platform. The administrator will work across departments to understand business needs and build functionality in the CRM platform that allows users to drive to conclusions and take action. The ideal candidate for this role will be based out of Richmond VA or Raleigh NC.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CRM Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for setting up and training users, gathering and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and overseeing the implementation of changes to maximize the value of our CRM platform. Responsibilities:
· Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer data, sales metrics, and CRM system data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in data mining and modeling activities to predict customer behavior and identify potential risks.
· Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for CRM enhancements and customizations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline CRM workflows and enhance user experience.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new CRM features and functionalities.
· System Optimization:
- Work with IT and development teams to configure and customize the CRM system to align with business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing of CRM system changes to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows.
· User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for CRM users to ensure they fully leverage the system's capabilities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to CRM users and address their questions and concerns.
· Stay Informed:
- Research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and customer relationship management.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in relation to CRM systems
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably [specific CRM platform used by the company].
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution or similar industry that emphasizes account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools (PowerBI or others)
