Job Title: IT Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Serigor Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned business partners, managing escalations, and coordinating work to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet with and communicate directly with Agency leadership on a routine basis
* Work closely with IT leadership to ensure successful delivery of products and services
* Partner with Districts to act as a point of focus/resource for IT management, escalations, and coordination
* Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap
* Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners
* Interface with project managers, service and operations managers to coordinate work, prioritize requests, and manage escalations
* Identify opportunities for new services, service improvements, and technical innovation
* Oversee the management of business partner expectations as related to ITD engagement and service or product delivery

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of related experience in a role within Information Technology
* Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting with leadership of all levels
* Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner
* Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and resolution
* Ability to share-ownership and drive results as a team
* Experience in Product Line planning, development, and management
