Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a primary aftermarket sales contact, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer e-mails and calls to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary aftermarket sales contact to all customers
  • Manage incoming customer e-mails and calls to provide excellent customer service
  • Process all requests for spare part orders from quote to delivery
  • Process and prepare orders for invoicing in both ProNET and Sage applications
  • Utilize product knowledge and company resources to identify machine and tooling spare components
  • Work with Category Sales Managers to better understand and proactively promote sales to support the customers' needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent computer skills with emphasis on all Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Sage or related inventory and accounting software a plus
  • Good communication skills & positive attitude
  • High degree of reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superb ability to adapt to change and react quickly to customer requests
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships to work as a team
  • Ability to read and apply diagrams to identify spare components for machines and tooling

Work Environment

This role will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional visits to air-conditioned warehouses with concrete flooring. You will be working around machinery and forklifts, and may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment. Possible exposure to hazards such as noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, chemicals, etc.
