Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance and financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to grow our customer base, increase sales, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet client needs, including product recommendations and policy reviews
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to improve our services and offerings
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and marketing goals, sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Windows
  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health license
