Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff
  • Handle general telephone and walk-in inquiries
  • Manage property key inventory
  • Attend and participate in office meetings

Requirements
  • Two years of experience in administrative support
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Internet and email
  • Basic telephone switchboard knowledge

  • Administrative support, reporting, and data entry timelines met
  • Established customer service standards maintained

  • Tenancy database maintained in an accurate and timely manner
