We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician with experience in general PC hardware and software support, particularly on Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. The ideal candidate will be customer service-centric, possess a great attitude, and be capable of providing an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for PC hardware and software issues on Windows 10 and 11.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to end users, both in person and remotely.
  • Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests.
  • Conduct occasional site visits within the Long Beach area to support users on location.
Requirements
  • Strong experience working directly with end users, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Proven experience in large enterprise or government environments.
  • Ability to work on-site in Long Beach, CA, with occasional site visits to different locations within the LB area.
  • Available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $18 - $23/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
