Responsibilities
    • Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
    • AI & Signal Processing: Utilize your expertise in AI, LLMs, and signal processing to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that enhance our service offerings.
    • Healthcare Integration: Leverage your healthcare background to ensure our technology solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and effectively address the unique needs of the healthcare sector.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
    • Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.
    • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong expertise in AI, large language models (LLMs), and signal processing, with practical experience in applying these technologies.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams, with a focus on building high-performing cultures.
    • Extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud computing.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • In-depth understanding of healthcare technologies and regulations, ensuring compliance in all technology initiatives.
    • Proven ability to drive innovation and implement best practices in technology development and delivery.
    • Experience in voice engagement care plan delivery and remote patient monitoring (RPM) is a plus.
