RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Communications Specialist:

Design and Plan content for GDS Dealer Resource Center webpage Understand dealer and DSD (Distribution Services Division) needs in GDS content. Capture GDS team content needs to support deployment of new standards and maintenance of previous standards Create content plan supporting GDS agenda and addressing identified dealer and DSD needs, content plan covers multiple channels: Product Reviews, Dealer calls, GDS Sharepoint and other communication channels Develop and regularly distribute a program newsletter for dealers Develop and maintain program reporting Prepare Stakeholders communications partnering with GDS Program Management Team. Prepare and release content as per content plan Ensure content meets brand guidelines and legally acceptable

JOB EXPERIENCE FOR Communications Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 2 years experience.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Communications Specialist:

2+ years of marketing or communications experience 2+ years of Project/Program management experience Advanced Power Point & Excel 2+ years website design/management Excellent communication skills, fluent English Proven ability to work with diverse, multi-functional teams, and across business units Self-driven, motivated, ability to work independently. Ability to learn quickly Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts in communications materials
