Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Driver to join our vibrant community at The Montecito Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our residents to various destinations, including appointments and community activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and courteous transportation services for residents to various locations, including medical facilities and shopping areas.
  • Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and ensure their safety during transportation.
  • Prepare and maintain the vehicle for operation, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all local and state transportation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Keep a valid driving license in accordance with state laws.
  • Support resident activities and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to serving seniors.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience driving larger vehicles is preferred.
  • A valid state driver's license; a CDL may be required based on local regulations.
  • Clean driving history.
  • At least one year of experience in transportation services, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
