Job Description
This is a full-time role as a Business Development Director located in the US Eastern/Central time zone. The role involves overseeing business growth strategies and fostering client relationships to drive the company's success.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to analyze market trends and develop business opportunities Understanding of rail sector and key market segments. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, MBA is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Willingness to travel as needed
