Our client, a non-profit organization, seeks an experienced Executive Director to add to their amazing team The Executive Director will uphold the organization's mission and work closely with the Board of Directors to provide informed decision-making. The Executive Director will also work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers to carry out the day-to-day operations.


As an Executive Director for this non-profit, you will be required to:

  • Promote our mission and objectives, and act as a positive influence on the community at large.
  • Serve as a liaison between the staff, volunteers, Board of Directors, the community, and government entities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and with the community.
  • Report on revenue and expenditures.
  • Manage all financial accounts.
  • Develop and manage community outreach, fundraisers, and public relations.

Executive Director Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in non-profit management, business administration, or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of compliance issues involving pertinent State, Federal, and local regulations
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written, & presentation skills)
  • Fundraising/Grant writing experience
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to unforeseen challenges
  • Financial management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
