Key Responsibilities- Corporate Sponsorship Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure new and sustainable relationships with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and individual donors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate sponsorship goals and objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, and museum stakeholders.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication and reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate information sharing with stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and curatorial departments, to achieve corporate sponsorship goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate sponsorship development, fundraising, or non-profit management.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Qualities: Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a strong ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, trustees, volunteers, and donors.
