Work you’ll do :

Field incoming help requests from end users. Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution. Perform preliminary troubleshooting and either resolve or escalate to next tier level. May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

Qualifications  

Required : 

MA/MS degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required 10+ years of hardware and software support Excellent written and oral communication, customer service, and time and project management skills Familiarity with common ticketing systems and service desk software for efficient incident tracking and management

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
