SNI Companies, a leading provider of staffing solutions, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join their team in Colorado Springs. As a member of the Information Systems team, this role will be the first point of contact for all technical issues and will provide critical support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to system users and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Perform required installs, configurations, and maintenance of applications on PCs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems team to identify and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of hardware and software platforms, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and friendly team member with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedure(s)
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Possess or obtain CompTIA A+ certification and obtain Network+ or Security+ certification within 1st six months of employment
