Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Type: Contract to Hire (Converts to FTE after 90 days)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite)

Pay: $23/hr.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on Help Desk experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for all PCs, printers, thin clients, and point-of-sale terminals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain applications on PCs.
  • Support users with computer systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor Help Desk email and direct workflow accordingly.
  • Document problems and notify Help Desk personnel.
  • Install new equipment, replace existing equipment, and move equipment as needed.
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on Help Desk experience.
  • 1+ year of supporting Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Certifications and Licenses
  • CompTIA A+ certified or obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Obtain a second certification of Network+ or Security+ or equivalent within 180 days of employment.
