Pay: $23/hr.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on Help Desk experience and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for all PCs, printers, thin clients, and point-of-sale terminals.
- Install, configure, and maintain applications on PCs.
- Support users with computer systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor Help Desk email and direct workflow accordingly.
- Document problems and notify Help Desk personnel.
- Install new equipment, replace existing equipment, and move equipment as needed.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- 1+ year of hands-on Help Desk experience.
- 1+ year of supporting Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- CompTIA A+ certified or obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
- Obtain a second certification of Network+ or Security+ or equivalent within 180 days of employment.
