Prime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in Duluth, GA. Prime Meats has been serving restaurants, butcher shops, and grocery stores in the Southeast since 1992.
Position: Sales Representative.
We offer:
- Competitive pay (makeup to 100k with added commission).
- You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two).
- 4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
- Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance.

Sales Representative Purpose.
Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account executive works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Sales Representative Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
