LVI currently have an opening in Knoxville to join a leading roofing firm based across the East Coast. This firm is a family-owned leading business within the commercial roofing industry, having been in the business for over 25 years.

They complete work throughout the US, offering commercial roof inspections, repairs, and replacements, scaling to a size of over 200 employees all through organic hiring. In terms of position specifically, this client is looking for a Sales Service Manager to head up their Knoxville Service department. The role will involve managing crews as well as business development, with a bonus structure that is hard to resist

Some key responsibilities: Run and manage operations of the service department, overseeing crew and working with clients to handle all leak and repair jobs Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities. Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations. Assist in the growth of office in terms of revenue, involving the scale of existing accounts as well as new.

Qualifications: Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing market (3+ years minimum) Excellent time management skills, critical for maintaining a fluid service division. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
