Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking an Associate Manager, Commercialization to join our team. As an Associate Manager, Commercialization, you will play a key role in driving the successful launch and execution of new products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and sales, to ensure a seamless transition from product development to commercialization.

Responsibilities

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape

Collaborate with product development teams to define commercialization strategies and develop project plans

Manage the end-to-end commercialization process, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Ensure timely and successful launch of new products and services, meeting all agreed-upon milestones and deliverables

Work closely with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support the creation of marketing materials

Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched products and make recommendations for improvements

Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of commercialization efforts

Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact the commercialization process

Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercialization processes and drive efficiencies

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercialization, product management, or related roles

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Proven track record of successfully launching new products/services and meeting project timelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making

Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
