Human Resources Administrator

- Provide administrative support to HR Department, including but not limited to:
- Maintenance of employee files to ensure Federal and State compliance
- Facilitate recruitment initiatives - job board maintenance, site staff roster, etc
- Policy review, updating, and upkeep
- Support CHRO and Director with daily tasks
- Coordinate new employee on-boarding and paperwork completion for residential and non-residential locations.
- Provide reception desk coverage as necessary.
- Other projects and duties as requested
- Highschool Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years working in an office setting with administrative responsibilities
- Previous payroll experience a plus, but not required.
- Microsoft Office experience, required.
Hours: M-F 40 hours per week
