What we're seeking:

The Senior Manager Supply Chain Risk Management is a critical role within the Frontier Sourcing and Procurement Organization. This position partners with Lines of Business and other Risk/Compliance/Audit and Security areas to create, implement, maintain, review, and oversee an effective third-party risk management program and framework. This position leads the monitoring, assessment, and reporting functions of supply chain risk across the procurement lifecycle for Frontier. This position develops and executes supply chain risk mitigation strategies as well as helps inform procurement decisions to achieve short-term and long-term goals. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

What you'll do:

Lead the continuous development, implementation, and management of supply chain risk policies, procedures, methodology and toolkits, initiatives, technology, training, and ongoing enterprise-wide awareness campaigns.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage the implementation of a comprehensive Supplier Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) through continuous risk assessments to reduce supply chain vulnerabilities and ensure supply chain business continuity. Strategies will include supplier vetting, regulatory compliance, supply chain risk monitoring, and cost & market assessments
  • Ensure that all requests for new supplier engagements are managed properly and efficiently by all participants in the process and according to policy and procedures
  • Create standards for the ongoing monitoring of existing relationships based on the risk ratings of the products/services, and then implement the standards with appropriate controls and oversight to ensure that all relationships are monitored in compliance with the Program requirements
  • Collaborate with other participants in the vendor review process to seek out opportunities for improved coordination, process improvements, and other operational efficiencies
  • Leverage, and update as necessary, training materials and user guides to communicate process requirements, roles, and responsibilities effectively to all process participants
  • Understand industry trends and best practices in multi-tier supplier risk assessment and mitigation, end-to-end BCP, ESG, and Supplier compliance and incorporate them into global Procurement strategy and processes in strong collaboration with corporate risk management, ESG, and BCP programs
  • Evaluate third-party vendor operational and security controls, including reviews of vendor policy and documentation to ensure alignment with program requirements
  • Provides oversight of perpetual third-party risk management functions including ongoing management, change management, and the remediation of findings that result from risk assessments for business operations
  • Responsible for developing structured and insight-driven reports to continually assess, drive, and document key supplier risks and effectively communicate throughout the organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of third-party risk management end-to-end supplier management processes
  • Knowledge of supply chain management concepts in sourcing, contracting, supplier performance management, supplier risk management, operational procurement, receiving, and equipment management
  • Proven experience developing and implementing supply chain security programs, including policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Seven to ten years of applicable Third-Party Risk management experience
  • Technological skills including experience with implementing GRC platforms
  • Knowledge of principles of ERM and GRC concepts. information security and data privacy, leading security standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST), certification reports (SOC 1, SOC 2, etc.), and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO, OCEG, etc.)

What background you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred : Business Management, Information Management, Engineering, or similar preferred. An advanced degree is preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, third-party risk management, governance or compliance, or equivalent consulting experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Applicable professional certifications, CTPRP preferred
