The Role: As the National Sales Director for the US, you will lead our sales operations across the country. Your role is crucial in driving our sales strategy, enhancing client relationships, and leading a team to exceed sales goals. You will ensure our presence in the market is strong and our partnerships robust.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our footprint across North America.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Set benchmarks and gather competitive insights to enhance our value proposition.
Team Development: Lead a dynamic sales team; set goals and foster an environment of achievement and accountability.
Client Relationships: Forge enduring relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs with our innovative solutions.
Partnership Management: Strategically manage partnerships across various territories to maximize market coverage.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales achievements, adjust strategies as needed, and provide detailed performance reports to senior management.

Requirements
Who You Are:
Experienced Leader: With 7-10 years in sales management, preferably in the automation industry, you are a proven leader who motivates teams to success.
Skilled Negotiator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills, with a knack for strategic planning and performance management.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related fields. Advanced training in sales techniques is a plus.
