Job DescriptionJob Description Commercial Director Cleveland, OH Competitive Pay and Benefits

Reporting to the President, the Commercial Director will be part of the Leadership Team and will have oversight of the Company's commercial strategy, new product introductions, and product-line profitability.

Commercial Director Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing customer sales plans to achieve company growth and profitability goals. • Developing strategic product line initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and to maximize customer satisfaction and profit potential. • Establishing and setting product and customer prices. • Identifying new market segments as part of the strategic planning process. • Negotiating prices with key clients. • Managing internal Sales Administration team. • Leading internal teams of Marketing and Sales in new product introductions. • Providing Leadership with competitive and market information for strategic planning and growth.

Commercial Director Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Commercial Management, preferably with custom products. • Strong analytical skills and experience developing pricing models in a reseller business. • Exceptional decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations. • Strong strategic skills and understanding. • Strong leadership abilities with success in managing teams and fostering a positive work environment. • Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively negotiate and close deals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Onsite presence in the office, limited travel required.
