Overview:
NV5 is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on expanding our client base and cross-selling our comprehensive suite of services.

As the VP, your primary objective will be to drive company revenue by increasing sales of our assessment services to both existing and prospective clients. In addition to expanding our assessment services, you will play a crucial role in cross-selling all services offered by NV5, maximizing the value we provide to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.

Manages product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

Uses customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updates relevant information held in these systems.

Plans/carries out/supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Attends and presents at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

Responds to requests for proposals on behalf of company.

Collects sufficient information at the start of a project to make sure the use of the report is understood, the right scope of work is provided and the property is sufficiently identified. Provides the assigned Relationship or Project Manager with all appropriate details so the proper Professional Associate is selected and the job can be managed effectively.

Provides input to manager to develop sales forecasts for the business (monthly, quarterly, and annually) by analyzing and interpreting general economic and market trends, competitor activity, and sales efforts.

Develops and actively reports their "pipeline" of sales activity for new business. Monitors performance of existing account relationships.

Cooperates with Accounting and assists as necessary in the collection of company’s accounts receivables.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate Transaction space, with a proven track record of success.

Possession of a portable book of business and established client relationships is preferred, demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running and drive immediate results.

Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in developing and implementing sales strategies within the real estate sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Leadership qualities with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
