Role Summary:
As the HR Manager, you will be at the helm of our human resources strategies, aligning them intricately with our overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Craft and execute HR strategies that amplify our company’s strong growth trajectory and reinforce our market position.

Serve as a strategic advisor to top management, impacting major decisions through expert insight and leadership in human resources.

Implement forward-thinking change management strategies to maintain agility and resilience in our rapidly evolving industry.

Utilize data-driven approaches to guide HR decisions and produce detailed reports that influence strategic planning and performance measurement.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a proactive stance on best practices in HR management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, ideally with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.

Five plus years of exerience as a HR Manager or Director.

Demonstrated leadership in HR within a high-growth or financially robust organization.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Exceptional ability to manage high-level projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse groups.

SPHR is a plus
