Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking a Outside Sales Representative in Birmingham. The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our sales team by driving revenue growth through acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts. As a trusted advisor, the Field Sales Representative will build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our pest control services.

 

Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues or concerns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, in the pest control or home services industry.

Must be able to prove annual sales revenue.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
