- Entry Level Sales. No Experience Necessary Seeking an energetic, outgoing sales representative. No Experience Necessary Will Train. Must have passion to sell Gloves and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the Mid Atlantic Region and or Mid West Region of the United States. Must live in the region; ideally based near a major city with airport. Ideally within 1.5 hours from airport. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
- With 20+ years of experience in the industry, Omni is a recognized leader as a US supplier of high-quality Nitrile and Vinyl Gloves. Our business is growing; the candidate must be a hard-working professional, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to have a positive impact on the COVID-19 Pandemic response.
Compensation
- $30,000 Base Salary to start PLUS milestones to achieve 45K salary; target total comp $80K.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete Basic Sales Training
- Seeking Hunter style sales person to find new customers
- Calling on Distributors for Gloves and PPE in Long Term Care, Medical, JanSan, and Food Service industries within assigned territory to sell products
- Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers to close sales and drive utilization
- Managing existing book of business by developing strong relationships with distributors
- Cold-calling new distributors and healthcare targets to grow business
- Attending Industry Trade Shows and participating in all daily/evening functions
- Creating Business Plans to exceed sales quota
- Preparing price quotes and bids
Relevant Work Experience
- No experience necessary 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred but not mandated.
- Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance to specific limits of coverage
- Must own a car and be capable of traveling in that car; field sales calls with customers are required
