About the Role

Join Paragon Manufacturing's expansion in the Midwest — one of the most promising growth corridors in precision manufacturing. This role focuses on acquiring new OEM and Tier 1–3 customers in aerospace, medical device, and industrial markets.

Reporting to the Director of Outside Sales, you'll combine technical credibility with sales discipline to secure long-cycle, build-to-print manufacturing programs that fuel Paragon's national expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition across medical device, aerospace, and industrial sectors
  • Identify, qualify, and close OEM and Tier 1–3 opportunities aligned with Paragon's build-to-print strengths
  • Translate engineering requirements into compliant, cost-effective solutions with our Estimating and Engineering teams
  • Lead customer discussions on design-for-manufacture, traceability, and reliability
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and multi-year production partnerships
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM reporting for revenue visibility
  • Represent Paragon at regional trade shows, supplier meetings, and medical technology events
  • Ensure full compliance with AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR in all customer engagements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or regulated manufacturing — ideally medical device or aerospace
  • Demonstrated success breaking into new OEM or Tier 1–3 accounts
  • Understanding of build-to-print quoting, design documentation, and compliance traceability
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, or AS9100 quality systems
  • Strong consultative sales skills — capable of balancing technical credibility with commercial drive
  • Entrepreneurial energy, accountability, and the discipline to own your territory
