Job Overview

What you'll do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective account management.
  • Drive business development by identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings, ensuring clients understand how our solutions can enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to connect with diverse audiences.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in financial sales or business sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Previous experience in sales management or team leadership is a plus.
